Outreach & Ministries

The Reformed Church of Bushkill offers adults many ways to share
in the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ. Here are just a few of the ways
in which the members of our congregation can participate

Breaking Free Center

The program director is Robert Rozsay, an Elder in the Reformed Church of Bushkill, and a Board-Certified Biblical Counselor with 25 years of counseling experience. The volunteer church counselors and group leaders are trained at the Reformed Church of Bushkill by Robert Rozsay and have experienced problems similar to yours in their own lives. Your personal information will be held in the strictest confidence. Find out more, click Breaking Free

Bushkill Outreach

Bushkill Outreach is a Pennsylvania state registered food pantry serving people in need in Middle Smithfield and Lehman Townships, supporting over 1,000 individuals every month with a monthly Food Pantry for emergency distributions. We also have donated clothing for children and adults. Some furniture and home furnishings are available through an information board.

Bushkill Outreach can always use a helping hand. We can use both skilled and unskilled workers. There is always work to do.

Unloading trucks

Packing bags

Sorting clothing

Cooking for volunteers

Office work

Cleaning household items

Skilled labor

Other various jobs, varying on the time of the year and skill level of the volunteer

Most volunteers work the hours we are open, which are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am – 12 pm, however, we are flexible and willing to accommodate other hours if we can.

Contact us! We’d be happy to talk to you about volunteering.

Audio/Visual

Our audio/video ministry provides amplification of our musical director, praise and worship musicians, lecturers, liturgists and of course our pastor’s delivery of the Word of God.

We also provide enhanced hymnal lyrics through our projection systems. From time to time we record our special functions, guests speakers and performers.

Music Ministry

Singing unto the Lord with all that we have is a priority for our congregation. We embrace and bless the Lord in all genres of song.
